Sony Playstation 2 Goes Surreal

Sony promoted the Playstation 2 in France with this set of surreal print advertisements. A woman’s body parts become extensions in ‘Spring’. Bodies explore sensual excitement in ‘Bodies’. There is no direct correlation with the PS2 – it’s more a matter of providing a Dali-like piece of art and inviting people to make their own connections. The campaign follows on from a three year line of surreal Playstation advertisements.
